So, I learned some more exercises and thought I'd give them a try again, and again, and again. My legs are So sore, but I didn't let it stop me from running. Actually, I had volleyball prior to my run. I played a little at the church with my mom and the cute old ladies and then went from there to my grass games at the park. I ended up staying later and played a couple of games of some hard core 2 on 2 and then ran over to Smith's with my running buddy, Nicole to meet up with Rick who, so kindly, took over the grocery shopping for me. I worked my freakin butt off and I'm totally feeling it! Such a good feeling
